  1. The con here is that BOTH parties are arguing about a 2 tier justice system, based on this ridiculous irrelevant debate. There definitely is one, and this farce is NOT looking into it - but will officially find that a 2 tier system doesn't exist. Convenient.

  2. Is this a way for them to claim there isn't a 2 tier kegal system? There most definitely is, just not in the way they are pretending to argue about. To say there isn't a 2 tier system, based on this discussion, is pure gaslighting of the public by BOTH parties.
