Instead of the smoke and mirrors of a weak attempt to obfuscate the key point the video is making, by burying it under pedantic detail... ...you should have considered that kind of PR/lawyer defence would make you look worse, not better. Try starting from a point that doesn't assume you are infallible. Humility is more than something to convey while the camera is rolling. To fail to acknowledge the obviousness of this particular example of PR marketing, could be deemed insulting to your audience. Do you think your audience is not smart enough to see it for what it is? If that is the direction you want to go, then at least own it, and defend your right to hunt the cash. At least we could respect the honesty.
