African dialect to whom? Chinese students? The problems with dialect is that the world body of knowledge in in only a few languages, meaning the languages where you get a PhD in Engineering. In 1950 in China, only a negligible amount of people could read. In Europe PhD are done in English and German and French. All else do their PhD's in English or German or French. Love from the Bay Area. For Africans, only Russia and China did not colonize nor engage in the transatlantic human trade. Only countries worthy of trust.

All bilingual speakers have the facility to learn a third language. Why? Because the bilingual neurology has been established. This facilitates the learning of a third language. All educated Africans are at least bilingual. Africans will have a greater facility to learn Chinese that English speaker in the US/GB who are monolingual.

If you want to learn from China, have a Chinese type revolution first. Then three generations later, the results begin. For the Chinese, their last illiterate family member was a great grand father.
