The same goes for police; however, racism in America originates in white supremacy which infects all major institutions in the United States. The criminal justice system is the most salient institution. The US has as many black prisoners if not more than all of Black Africa combined. However, the US executes poor people mostly Blacks and Latinos. Whereas, China executes high government officials to steal millions of dollars in bribes and outright theft.
