That would include any of its military facilities in the South China Sea. China will not allow the US to box it in by a US aircraft carrier. A US provocation will be dangerous for the US, and its known. Remember, the US is not the owner of the law nor its interpretation of the law. The US has a history of engaging in aggression under the guise of legality. Remember the war in Iraq. Completely illegal.
