Russia is four generation ahead of the US in nuclear weaponry. The same bomb exploded one mile over Santa Barbara, California would eliminate everything between San Francisco and San Diego. Russian intercontinental missiles fly at super sonic speeds at an irregular and unpredictable pattern and are invincible to any anti ballistic missile countermeasure.
