  1. I agree with that detective. He was following and stalking them. Maybe on the hunt to kill some young girls that day. It feels like he cornered them. They couldn’t get pass him on such a narrow bridge. It was either go down the hill or risk falling to your death. Sounds like he was instructing them for a 2nd time when she took the video. Chilling and terrifying.

  2. Sounds like he was telling them for a second time because Libby was turning to him taking the video. That bridge would be dangerous to run on. He wanted them down the hill.
