  1. Yes there’s a lawsuit they will win especially for the medical bills. Throw pain suffering anxiety and fear on it too. But why didn’t the boy feel there wasn’t a rope? Why didn’t the parents see there wasn’t a rope? It’s still strange no one else caught the stupid employee’s mistake. Update: Ah they’re saying they told the boy not to climb. That actually makes sense and is believable.
