  1. It's possible to focus on quality in practice. However, if workers accept to do extra time, then everything is condemned to be mediocre, because crappy stuff will be made in an attempt to "save time". There's no software deadline.

  2.  @rustycherkas8229  No. If everybody does extra time, it will has a rush to finish the work/target/deadline as soon as possible, because extra time is stressful. On the other hand, if employees work normal time, they will be willing to prioritize quality.

  5. It's easy to see that these ideas are probably the best ones. I would like to see more polemic stuff, like the SOLID principles, which already ruined at least 1 project. And you still didn't say how to properly test f()s that work with variables global to their scopes (won't be received as parameters).
