  1. 👍👌👏 Good job. Congrats!🎉 If I remember correctly, Jay Leno introduced a car made completely out of 3D printed plastic some years ago. This might work. But plastic trying to seal against an aluminium or cast iron surface simply can't work. Best regards, luck and especially health to all of you.
