  1. Looks like paradise to me. The big bandsaw seems to be a special shipwright saw with a tilting table. It's worth a lot to the right person (boat builders, boat restorers). 2) Maaan, I really hope that you can buy and use some of the stuff (for instance the tire machines with all the accessories).
