  2. Why? For instance in Germany the Deutsche Telekom does still an extremely bad service, that my smartphone can only play 360 Pixel without problems! The rest of the world will maybe laugh about this. Maybe also because of our so called politicians ( = meanwhile obviously nothing more than puppets on strings of the big industries)!
