  2.   . Actually Barr had the constitution on his side when intervened on the Roger Stone's case by the fact of "cruel and unusual punishment. Even CNN called out the 7 to 9 year sentence as being "harsh" which even you have to admit that is a lengthy sentence for the crimes Stone committed. People that have robbed others or physically assaulted others and even some have killed others while under the influence do less time than what Roger Stone was being sentenced for.
