Have you ever thought they weren't the brightest officers and why they had them on horseback instead of being in patrol cars. Think about it, they can't even stop someone with a broken taillight on a horse, they just mainly for show, meaning I don't think they were racist just a couple of stooges that did not ever realize what they were doing was wrong.

@lurelover7065 . Why on earth would either one of them ruin their careers in law enforcement? Even I know cameras are everywhere nowadays so anyone with half a brain would know this would be captured either video or cellphones guaranteed. I really hate to say this, but the mentally disabled man was probably smarter than both of them put together.

SKULLCANDY661. Why don't you use that brain instead of spouting hatred. The officers were on horseback because they probably weren't that bright to begin to put in patrol cars, they were just for show. Meaning the two dummies did not think it through so I doubt any racism was involved and Trump can't control peoples actions so he is definitely not responsible for this.
