  2. I am a very strong supporter of law enforcement, but this is in no way manslaughter, this is second degree murder. She should be arrested and charged with second degree murder, because there is no way this was accident or self defense.

  3. Roman Vargas. Unless the investigation proves otherwise, First Degree murder is pretty hard to get, and they could walk, but Second Degree murder should be on the table.
