@ErikDayne . It is called "self-defense," which gives him the right to protect himself. Think about it like this if someday you had to use self-defense to protect your family or yourself I would support you and so would a lot of others.

BS ABC! The video shows a lot more of Kyle being chased and attacked which the prosecution deliberately withheld from the defense and the jury. Kyle is without a doubt innocent of all charges. He could have killed beforehand but did not, only when he was being chased and attacked did he use self-defense. Charges should have never been brought forth to begin with. This is just a political railroading because the Left does not want their filthy low life minions being killed while they are threatening communities... This is absolutely disgusting a mans life hangs in the balance due to politics.

Yeah but the prosecution is caught with holding evidence and pushing lies that they have admitted knowing that the rifle was legal but brought charges of the gun being illegal. Do you realize the judge could have had them arrested for knowingly bringing false charges...
