  6. That is entirely possible, but enough witnesses and plus many of these crazies do post their intentions on social media before hand.

  7.  C17H25N . That is why they should make certain criteria for arresting and removing weapons. Like provide evidence, not hearsay for example. Like a recording, written threat in their handwriting, social media and etc..
