Then before you talk about stolen land, the United States was inhabited by groups, with no form of union, making it not a country, but basically squatters with no functioning government. We are now a government with borders and illegal immigrants hurt the country as a whole, the majority are incapable of supporting themselves, they are abused by employers, like I knew some that worked way over 40 hours a week and all they got paid for was 40 hours. One guy worked 8 hours on Saturday every week for free. One garage owner worked a guy for two weeks without paying him and then called out ICE and got out of paying him. You can't tell me you support this kind of crap do you? Then to add insult to injury the taxpayer gets the bills for all this crap... Why should the taxpayer get stuck paying the bills for the rich cheap slaves? @iden63 Border Patrol recently was outnumbered reported the Washington Post. They cannot handle a horde of invaders with just a fence and barriers. Most is not tribal land, and even so the land will become useless and dangerous with all the illegals trying to find cracks in a wall, so tribal land and private land will rethink it when they have thousands per day trying to cross their land. "The vast majority are still illegal immigrants from Latin America countries so I don't know where you get your BS from, but it is most definitely wrong. A wall is a solution, this will keep people from running away from their problems and dumping them on others and making them face their problems and fix them where they are at. We pay 5 times more per year on illegal immigration than what the wall would cost, and there is no way border patrol can handle a mass invasion with just fences and barriers, they need something more solid. People like you are basically traitors to the country, because you don't want to protect the country, just let it be a free for all which will turn our beautiful country into a third world cesspool overnight.

It is not a placebo wall, because even border patrol can't handle mass immigration with the current fences and barriers without something more solid. 3. You don't know what you are talking about illegal immigration being on the decline, because if that was the case then why is spending on illegal immigrants going up instead of down? California spends over 20 billion per year on illegal immigration and only receives back in the way of taxes a third from illegal immigrants. Now imagine if California would only have to spend half of that after the wall is built. Getting your information from pro illegal immigrant sites is just plain fricken stupid on your part, and you have no solution to offer but BS.

@Babylauncher3000 . How is any of that going to stop a mass border rush? Even the girl that recently died group had over a hundred people in it, and the border patrol was overwhelmed. This has been reported and even the Washington Post did an article on it last week. No way border patrol can handle a horde of illegals at the border with just a fence and barriers. Plain and simple, we need a wall and I can guarantee it will happen whether it be Trump or someone else.

Vicky Newton Who were doing those jobs before the influx of cheap slave labor? Your problem is that you are looking at the here and now, and don't comprehend we cannot keep taking these people. My rent for a two bedroom apartment has gone up in the last few years from a thousand dollars to now seventeen hundred dollars. The reason is due to supply and demand, our own natural resources can't keep up, not to mention the destruction of the environment and species that being swept off the map. It is complete insanity for us not to build a wall, because there is no way our Border Patrol can handle a mass invasion with just fences and barriers. Remember this, not all people can be doctors, engineers and lawyers, those people need jobs too and they shouldn't have to compete against an illegal alien for those jobs. Wake up, turning this great country into the very cesspool they are running from is not the answer.

Vicky Newton Only a third work in agriculture, that means two thirds are not working in ranching or farming. You are also talking about a different time period, and most came here legally, including both sides of my family. So incase you did not know this, but it is 2018 and we can't handle the influx of out of control immigration. Do you even have the slightest clue to why everything is going up so greatly? "It is called supply and demand." My rent in the last few years has just about doubled, and long with other things, food, insurance and etc.. It is bad enough with our own population growth, but to add more will drive up prices even higher, putting more low income folks out on to the streets which we are starting to see more and more families also going to the street. If you remember correctly everyone of those illegals working for Trump also admitted they used phony documents to get the jobs. If you don't want to protect the country, that is fine, but that also makes you a traitor to the country, so get hell out.

Trump Fan Network You most certainly right, Mexico will pay dearly for it, and I most certainly wouldn't want to be in Mexico when it happens. They been dumping there people on the United States for so long, which has only helped there economy while hurting ours with cheap slave labor, it will be interesting to see what happens when they can no longer dump there people onto the United States. A wall will eventually be built whether by Trump or another president because it has to be done.
