Ed Astro. Did you even listen to why Scott left? Stalking someone, and intimidating isn't are way. This has some very serious consequences for all of us in the future, especially if this goes to far which it is getting dangerously close to. I would have preferred Scott leaving on his own, or even getting fired or convicted, than have him quit out of fear.
