+510 Kev I don't think anyone wanted to join her.

Still not showing the whole video. Typical Lefty news.

+Megan Moniz This was a disrespectful teenager, not a kid in my book anymore. How many times must they ask someone to remove themselves for resorting to force?

+Susan B So who are you going to call, "Ghost Busters?" Educators are not taught to go into combat or even argue with their students. They politely asked her to leave from teacher to administration to law enforcement, and she refused all of them...

+Apples and Grapes for dinner From what I have heard and from other videos, this built up and she most definitely built it up to that point. Teacher asks her for her cell phone, refused. Teacher asked her to leave, politely, she refused. Then administration came into play with the same results. Then law enforcement asked her to leave, politely again, she refused. Not much left to do at that point.

+TheoKabala89 It is not about stopping, it is about removing someone from a classroom that refuses to leave. Get your facts straight.

+redviolinseven Again, because nobody really answers this, "how would you have handled it?"
2
+x5t2u5t2 x How would you solve this? Seriously... Most of you have no answers to that question, or just make up more BS!
2
+AirborneRay I see no bigotry, by paintur68 or from even the officer involved. By the way, expelling the student that is causing trouble does do a lot of good, for the rest of the students that are there to get an education, not to listen to her babble on her cellphone during class. Also we know a lot about the student, she for one is a disrespectful person towards everyone, which is the parents fault for her upbringing.
2
+Aaron Rice What would you have done instead? Willing to bet no answers other than BS. So shut the hell up!
2
+Aaron Rice Here is knowing some chit, all those reports are coming from certain minorities, "right?" What is the first thing that these certain minorities scream out? "Police brutality, each and every time they get into trouble. How was he suppose to drag her out when she was clearly hitting him or did you miss that in the video? You must be black or hate law enforcement, because you see what you want to see.
2
+ThatItalianMan How would you handle it?
2
+david peri She was disrupting the class with her cellphone use. Teacher asked for cellphone, she refused. Teacher asked her to leave, she refused. Next teacher got administration involved and she refused to leave again. Administration called in law enforcement, and she still refused to leave. All she had to do from the beginning was hand over her cellphone or leave, and she was given way too many chances before the cop had to use brute force to remove her. She even started swinging at the cop, but cop haters and certain minorities don't see that, just the cop using excessive force.

+Nelida Lewis She assaulted him... You don't go assaulting law enforcement.
1
+paintur68 Amen.
1
+DUCProdt Wouldn't that make sense? I mean if a hurricane is coming wouldn't you prepare for it, even if it bypasses you? "He had planned the outcome before he took action, YES!" Brilliant on his part, because even after preparation she still refused.... You know what the scary part is, you read way to much into it, and then start making up BS, and start believing in your BS, instead of the facts at hand.
1
+Nelida Lewis Because she was breaking the rules???
1
+Susan B She was using it while in class, which is disturbing the rest of the class. She was asked for her cell phone, she refused, she was asked to leave, politely by the teacher, and administration, and by law enforcement. She refused all of them. How about this, are you a taxpayer? If so, then wouldn't you prefer your taxes going for an education instead of play time?

+Tyron Bell Nailed it completely. I was super glad my parents were tough on me, because had they not, I figure I would either be in prison or dead by now.
1
+trader pax Exactly, they had no protocol, and they fired him anyways. All we have heard is that he did not follow proper procedure, but his dept. has not come out with the appropriate procedure, and refuse to answer whenever reporters ask for the proper procedure for this kind of situation.

+Always Queen Quit blaming everyone except for the kids and the parents. The only changes that have taken place in teaching, is that teachers are no longer allowed to paddle or use the yardstick on these disrespectable dimwits. In my opinion, teaching is a chosen profession, because a majority of these teachers could have gone into something else that pays one hell of a lot more, and is less aggravating. Grow the hell up, we are suppose to be living in a civilized society, and to have a civilized society we are suppose to have rules and laws we all must abide by, so that we can all get along. Remember, a teacher can't just stop teaching a whole class just to sit down and have a conversation with someone that is having a bad day. Unbelievable, blaming the teacher for this...
1
+Ed Weibe I don't know, because she is no longer a little kid, she is a disrespectful teenager, and it was her parents that allowed her to become that way in the first place.
1
+VCR Guess you missed her hitting the officer when he was trying to arrest her peacefully.
1
+Apples and Grapes for dinner Exactly.
1
+Turkey Slurpee If the kid was white, odds are she would have heeded the request to leave before even the school administration got involved But the moral to this, don't go touching cops, period, and that goes for any color, because they will go full blast on you, and that is a fact.
1
+Idiot Conspirafart Theorist Right on.
1
+donald payne She was breaking the law, He was called in, because she continued to break the law. He asked her politely to leave before attempting to arrest her, which believe it or not he did not have to do, but still did it. She refused and he tried to arrest her, and she assaulted him. He did what almost all officers are trained to do, and that is to go full force after being assaulted. No laws broken by officer, but she has trespassing, assault, resisting arrest.
1
+Steven L The officer tried to remove her peacefully and she assaulted him. Number one rule, never ever touch a cop, because they are basically trained to go full tilt when that happens. People keep saying she did not hit him that hard, but that does not matter how hard she hit, the point is she hit him. I also hear the BS that he could have dragged her chair and table out of the classroom, but I would imagine she still would have hit him while dragging her. The cop actually handled it appropriately.
1
+isebree Lets see the teacher would have hit with a yard stick, or maybe a paddle. Now if it was really bad, I would be sent to the principals office and they had a paddle and used it. Next if it was really bad, then when the teacher was, and the principal got done, then mom was called to come picked up. Now sometimes mom would also take care of business or it would be wait until your father gets home.... Now if I was in that girls shoes, I would be begging the cop to arrest me, and for the love of god don't give my father the key to my jail cell, "I am begging you, "please."
1
+Tyron Bell She probably would have still hit him while dragging her out. Even so, he did try to remove her peacefully, but she turned around and assault him. Never ever touch a cop, guaranteed they will go full blast on you.
1
+Cameron Bean Excuse me, he was fired by the police. Hmm, that makes him at the time a cop, duh. When it comes to aggressiveness, when somebody assaults a cop, cops are trained to take the individual out as quickly as possible. And it does not matter if you tap or full blown punch, on a cop, it will bring on full force, guaranteed...
1
+Cameron Bean He was still an officer. And yes he grabbed her to place her under arrest and that is when she hit him and he sent her flying. When will you realize you don't go touching cops, "period?"
