  9. XTC Fatigue. Actually the bit about tank, RPG and so on is an infringement on the Second Amendment. Do you even comprehend why the Second Amendment follows the First Amendment? It is true the pen is mightier than the sword, but without the sword the pen no longer exists. Put it to you this way, anymore laws, rules and regulations on the Second Amendment, will make the Amendment useless, and we will no longer be citizens, but subjects. I am pretty sure the founding fathers were bright enough to see the changes taking place in technology back then so would automatically envision that weapons would also advance into the future.
