I can understand the father and son sentence, but William was sacrificed to appease the mob mentality of rioting.

@mrsr003 William was railroaded because of fear if he was to get a shorter sentence. It is not illegal to follow people out in public or celebrities could do something about the paparazzi's that chase them for pictures. Also, it not illegal or a crime not to offer help, even know it frowned upon. The supreme court ruled on that law enforcement doesn't have to put their lives on the line if they choose not to. This was not justice but fear of the mob mentality of rioting.

@LX8R Point out the evidence or even a witness?

@Santas Teffon Teflon. LOL, I see the manbaby in you.

@clydemasterson1129 What is law enforcement? They are civilians like the general public is. You are mixing up the military for civilians. In fact by prosecuting and sentencing it will do harm than good, telling people if they witness a crime taking place to ignore it or pay a price a very serious price for it. So, I guess when Grandma is being robbed and assaulted, she is on her own even know there are witnesses...

@LX8R William will appeal and win after the threat of rioting is over. While you people will cry.

@LX8R William already started the appeal process even before the sentencing. I am willing to bet he will be granted an appeal under the circumstances.

@LX8R . I doubt it, because it will open up a can of worms. People will no longer come forward with videos or be willing to be a witness after a crime was committed in their presence with the threat of being prosecuted. If William had not filmed it, then the odds are the father and son would have walked. William again was railroaded over fear of riots.

@LX8R . Sorry but hearsay is not evidence. So, get your head out of your own ass.
