Daniel Smith. We are now a sovereign country, with set rules and laws to abide by. As a country we should be able to determine, or allow what comes into our country, like you decide who and what comes into your home, because I am pretty sure you have locks on your home and I would dare to say you use those locks. Did you know at one point that almost 80% of the country was against any form of amnesty for illegal immigrants, and you know at such a high percentage rate that a lot of those people were in fact minorities that were against amnesty also. "So where is the racism there?" While you talk about history, you seem to forget that there has never been one country in the long run that has ever benefitted from illegal immigration, in fact many countries including the Roman Empire, it actually helped lead to it's downfall over illegal immigration. Anybody that pulls the race card at this point, is as "George Ramsey" put it, is a "moron."

Jay Kemme. I will be honest with you, I grew up in a different time period. Families including my own would have guns out on display with the ammunition with them in little more than glass display case which most of the time was unlocked. The difference is that we were told not to touch it, and when our parents said it, they meant it. My point is that if I threw a rock at anyone, I would almost pray to god they did shoot me, because when my parents got a hold of me they would have just about killed me for it. It is not about color or even someone's age, it is about teaching respect for others, whether or not you agree with them. Even a child should know wrong from right and when they don't know, that is when parents are supposed to be there to guide them. It is sad that you believe that people/children can attack others and others should hold back defending themselves. By the way, who told you it is okay to assault others, and then make it out like "Oops", I made a mistake and there is no immediate consequences for your actions?" Bottom line, I prefer to live in a civilized society where we take our problems with others to court, than act like a bunch of wild animals fighting it out in the jungle.

Jay kemme. "I'm asking you; if a kid does do it, does that other person have the right to kill the kid?" First off, most were not 5 year olds, they were teenagers, so stop the kid BS. Next, everyone has the right to defend themselves, especially when it is law enforcement is performing their duties. Can you imagine when children/adults start throwing rocks at border patrol or law enforcement in general, they would have to turn and run away because of people like you crying boohoo those poor stupid people and children... That is silly, you would have 90 year old great grandmothers throwing rocks at cops. Oh by the way, 50 years ago, kids and adults wouldn't dare go throwing rocks at law enforcement, because they would damn well beat them to near death. You don't comprehend that things have changed, because we have a total lack of respect for others and that is exactly why law enforcement has become militarized due to the lack of respect. Face it, people have killed over a dime bag of weed, and rocks can still injure and even kill others no matter who throws it.

Jay Kemme. Nice, job calling it "retaliate," when in a majority of cases it is called "self defense." You are right about they are not soldiers, they are civilians that don't have to wait for orders to defend themselves against teenage punks throwing rocks at them. Oh by the way as more of the story is coming out on the two border patrol agents that were injured and killed, it seems like rocks were used in the attack on them. So don't give me the BS that rocks don't injure or kill people. People like you want to turn our civilized society back into a jungle where you believe attacking others is okay as long as you can blame it on others, or you can say "oops" I made a mistake, but I shouldn't face immediate consequences for my stupidity. Still wondering what kind of parenting you received that attacking others is okay, because I was taught to respect everybody, and only get physical when others were in the process of assaulting myself, which is basically is called self defense, meaning I never threw the first punch. Seriously, you cry about law enforcement being trigger happy, when it is your attitude, and disrespect that is making them trigger happy...
