  2.  Swift Chancellor . Arbery had been trespassing on several occasions and law enforcement was contacted by the owner and told law enforcement he did not want anyone including whites trespassing. The cops were in the process of contacting Arbery and warning that he would be arrested if caught trespassing again. Arbery was a crook and he wasn't going into the construction site to check out the movie listing, he was casing the joint.
