  1. FRANKCA1N3. What makes this child so special over the rest that died this holiday season? Why is it that it was the hospital that released him, and yet Customs and Border Patrol are being blamed for the child's death? Also heard the father after the child was released refused medical help when the child was getting worse. Bottom line, the child is dead because of child abuse which falls in the hands of the parents.
