  2. Games Workshop is a private company that want to continuously expand their customer base to make money. Why is anyone surprised by them making some of the games more diverse and inclusive?

  3. The video is so close to getting it but "bow down to their demands" = bow down to their dollar and pounds. It's related to continued pursuit of profit (even if potentially misguided). It's capitalism baby!
