@davidhooper1767 no, of course not. A key reason why a Labour government would be better is because they would actually be scrutinized and held to account by the press (even if often in bad faith).

@davidhooper1767 if you reread my comment in good faith, it should be pretty obvious that my comment refers to why a Labour government would be better than a Conservative government. I never wrote that Labour were not scrutinzed as the opposition. The previous comments were discussing scrutiny the government NOT the opposition. 🙄
