  1. Excellent. I didn't see where you greased the lower bearing before enclosing it in the stem housing. While these are very low speed, minimal movement bearings, I would tend to favor packing both bearings with grease before installing them. Not packing too thick to slow movement but thick enough to prevent water and debris from easy ingress.
