  1. The ever-increasing noise and emissions standards that "automotive manufacturers have to meet" are designed to eliminate combustion engines in the end. That is the ultimate goal, to raise the bar so high that no combustion engines will ever meet it. It's globalist manufacturing, transportation, and energy control. Has nothing whatsoever to do with a clean planet. The clean planet narrative is only a distraction for normies to prevent revolt.
