  1. I think what Nancy is trying to say is that she would like everyone to shut up and take her experimental medicine. The mask is simply an instrument of duress. Sadism runs in the family, apparently. Her relatives have my sympathies, in that regard. I'm pretty sure she abuses them, on occasion, as well. And, if I'm certain of anything, it's that she's likely a victim caught in the vicious cycle, herself. The sympathy in that regard, however, has left the building. She simply inconveniences too many people with her whims. It's not democratic
