  16. Well, that was interesting. But, I think from a legal standpoint, Manning is still male because he has yet to undergo the surgical procedure which would complete his transformation. So, while it might be politically appropriate to refer to him as Chelsea and not Brad, it would not be accurate to refer to him female and not male at this point in time. It only serves to confuse the real issue. And that's whether he deserves to remain incarcerated (which I believe he does not deserve).
