Because "equalists" doesn't work when society is still skewed in favor of one gender. Annelise is totally right, true feminists actually don't want men to pay alimony or lose custody of kids because it strengthens a stereotype that women can't earn enough to live on our own or are intrinsically better at raising kids. You want men's rights? Become a feminist.
