  1. @149chris Look. I hate frivilous lawsuits as much as anyone else. but in this case, The parents are in the right. They can't take criminal action against the school for negligence or endangerment, so they can instead bring them to justice through civil court. This is a rare occurrence that I agree with them for suing the school.
