  2. ***** Yyyyyep. This is my first house so I learned the hard way. The fuckers tried to fine me $200 just for having a goddamn hummingbird feeder! And as anal as they are about preserving their precious property values, they don't take care of the place worth shit. A tree fell three weeks ago and they've left it all chopped up, the gaping hole where it became uprooted still hasn't been filled in.  Fucking morons and hypocrites, all of 'em.

  4. Mlogan11 Oh believe me, I do! I attend each annual HOA vote and I go to each monthly meeting. But since I began voicing my concerns I find myself "coincidentally" threatened with fines more and more often for stupid things, like the aforementioned hummingbird feeder and - get this - storing my garbage can 12 inches too far out from my property line on pickup day. These people are fucking psycho and just this year raised the dues to $425 a month!
