  2. 13:00 Wait, you actually had nightmares? Oh hun, that sucks! You weren't supposed to. Real sleep is actually based on a recently discovered and poorly understood visual phenomenon called the "flashed face distortion effect". It isn't supposed to make you have nightmares, it just makes normal faces appear grotesque when flashed on a screen at a rapid pace. It's an optical illusion, nothing more. I really don't think it was Chris' intention to make you suffer from any kind of psychological effects like that! Oh wow, I'm so sorry, that sounds really not fun :/
