  28. I worked at Microsoft when that phone came out. Trust me, nobody was excited about it except for the team that worked on it. MS is a very, VERY insular company, there isn't much overlap between teams and so there's this weird, tribal feel to the atmosphere. So I'm not at all surprised that it landed with a thud.
