  6. This is not an issue with the doctors. This is an issue with law enforcement. THEY are the ones who failed him. I'll give you the esophageal surgery, by the feeding tube was understandable. You're presented with a baffling case where a small child is losing weight for no reason. You suspect the mom, but she's still his legal guardian and he will die unless he gets nutrients. A feeding tube is logical.
