  1. That's not how evolution works. Plus it's not a problem that affects the entire population nor does it negatively affect their ability to reproduce, so there's no environmental pressure that would cause an adaptation to occur.

  2. Ugh I feel your pain. My house was formerly owned by an old woman who fed raccoons from the back porch. That is a TERRIBLE idea. And sure enough, once I moved in they caused a lot of problems and almost killed my cat.
