  2. I knew at first glance it was PBFD. You shouldn't adopt a bird if you can't even recognize obvious illnesses. Now the other budgie will inevitably manifest it as well, it's VERY contagious.

  3.  @Wicked_Pixey  I was really shocked at that, the moment I saw her it was clear she had PBFD, and she's spouting off about stress, yet never thought to get her checked out by a vet when she first got them? Any time I rescue an animal from a bad home, the first thing I do is get them checked out by a vet. Poor Coco AND Blue are both going to have a shortened life now, simply because of this woman's incompetence.
