  3. Sigh. No, it can't. This is so dangerous and irresponsible. Sooner or later you're going to see an update from this terrible bird owner that the dog "accidentally" Game Over'd the cockatoo. No parrot owner will tell you it's ok to let a dog and a bird interact. Ever.

  4. ​ @CreationsByRachel  No, they're not. Projecting humanity onto animals is bad for the animals. They're not "humans in fur coats", they're predators and any responsible parrot owner will tell you that you NEVER allow dogs and birds to interact!
