Chinese buffets like this are almost always questionable. I've yet to see one that wasn't gross and used questionable meat. Granted, I've only seen three, but that's still not a coincidence that all three, including this one and the one you ate at, were similarly sus.

@MKarhu05 As someone who comes from a Czech family, no. No, this doesn't apply. It doesn't apply to Italian restaurants, either. China just has different standards than Europe and the US, and sadly, those standards are often lower than we expect here in the west. They don't have health laws as stringent as we have, nor do consumers have as many rights if they DO get food poisoning. The Chinese government kind of...well, doesn't really care much about the well being of their country's citizens.

@VioFax I have no idea what point you think you're trying to make, but I guarantee it isn't going over like you expected it would. The only thing you've done is prove that "authentic" Chinese food establishments should all be shut down immediately.

It's hilarious if they think this is an isolated incident. I guarantee you that ALL Chinese buffets are just as disgusting.
