  2. This is why I hate the "tough it out" mindset. We reward people for ignoring their body voicing its limits and damaging yourself to keep working. We call it "inspirational". No it's not, it's reckless and delusional.

BoPo is NOT anti-health, it simply means you shouldn't hate yourself for not having an ideal body and don't deserve to be bullied for it, either. It's supposed to be inclusive for amputees, people with genetic skin disorders, burn victims, etc. The movement got hijacked by privileged fat women and now everyone thinks losing weight and focusing on eating/living healthy is anti-fat woman. It's ridiculous.
