  1. Bush Jr is the one that tipped the balance of power. If you ask me, Supreme Court Justices should NOT be decided by the President, but it should be in the hands of the people. Nor should it be a lifetime gig, there needs to be a way to vote them the hell out. It's times like this I wish we still had ties to England; when something similar happened in Australia, the Queen stepped in and literally fired each and every last person in office!

  5. Trexson Cole I don't know the details, but when Australia gained its independence, England allowed them to secede peacefully as long as they kept that caveat. Turned out to be pretty goddamn helpful!
