  1. "Paid menstruation leave"? FUCK no. But endometriosis is a whoooole different beast. I have it. There are entire weeks where I can't even walk without hard core painkillers. I had a month-long period six months ago (sorry for the gory details). The disease itself is listed in the ADA as grounds to go on disability but I refuse to go that route, so instead I just try to find what work I can. Just like anyone with a chronic illness, I think that endo is cause for certain leniencies.
