  2. Carlos Sandoval A restaurant is a private establishment and is not subject to public decency laws. So your argument is invalid. All this guy wants to do is to be naked in public. That right ends when you're no longer on public property, unless the owner of said property agrees. I see nothing wrong with that. Funny how you'd be A-Ok with seeing hot nude women walking around, but then when a fat guy wants to do the same, NOW there's a problem? I think that says more about you than it does about him.
