Amarildo Junior Yeah, no. If you believe in an invisible entity and willfully refute a mountain of evidence to back up evolution, than you are an idiot. End of story.

rc100100110 Oh, I have nothing against Christians, even though I still feel that religious zealotry have caused a plethora of problems throughout history. It's the whole "denying evolution" thing that sticks in my craw.

^ This! I'm a proud member. I think a lot of americans don't really put much effort into change because they feel the system is too big to make a dent, but Wolf-Pac is proof that we CAN make a difference.

Well, you don't cite a source, and the guy you specifically mention built his fortune through the oil industry. Gee, that's funny, it's almost like he has a vested interest in denying climate change for the sake of his business.

To quote Men In Black: "A person is smart, PEOPLE are stupid". And sadly, it's true. :/ I don't know why, maybe it's laziness and people just don't want to bother researching the facts, maybe it's comfort or fear, preferring to stay in their tiny worlds. Or, maybe they really are just simpletons. The average IQ in this country is around 103. That's pretty low, when you think about it.

Amarildo Junior Try Reuters and the NY Times. Both cite studies showing that up to one-half of U.S. citizens believe in intelligent design, despite all evidence, logic, and common sense.
