At some point you have to ask yourself, considering the systemic racism in society and that we have study after study showing a cultural and racial bias against black people, could it be that what you call "typical black violence" is just a symptom of a larger societal issue? Let's break it down: If well-paying companies won't hire you because you're black, you'll be poorer. If you're poorer you may turn to a life of crime out of desperation. If police treat you like shit because of your skin color you start to distrust authority figures, etc. You start to find kinship in other downtrodden people, that's why gangs are so prevalent in poorer communities. And eventually you have a dangerous neighborhood where white people are afraid to go thus strengthening their distrust of people outside their race, and the cycle continues, the problems compound and these "stereotypes" continue to fester through no fault of their own.

Raphael Sloan For starters it's difficult not to write you off as a thick-skulled racist when you employ an attitude like yours, casually wave off cold hard facts when shown them and repeat the same argument that "but I KNOW this is true" rather than actually engage in debate.

Raphael Sloan Exactly. Wanna know what I heard a lot when I would go out shopping with my best friend in high school? "Oh my, you're awfully pretty for a black girl!" FOR A BLACK GIRL. Sigh...

Raphael Sloan "I have yet to be presenetd with anything close to the data I have complied in this thread. IF I can't use those numbers and my own experiences, then what would be the best method to continue to carry out this discussion." ...Are you kidding me? You've been given link after link after link disproving you! You have yet to give a single solid source to back up your claims! And as for "your experiences", I've never been to the moon. By your own logic, I shouldn't believe that exists, either.

I think it is kinda bad, yes. Anyone should feel upset when an innocent person is killed. Anyone should feel something when there's a string of police brutality against others who never broke any laws in the first place.
