I'm so glad the prosecutor was a woman. You just know he was seething over that, was angry that a woman of all people was challenging him.

1:42:42 He's trying to get her to play it again and again either to upset Anna's family, or for his own sick satisfaction. The first time it was played in court, you could see his hands pantomiming along with it, eyes half closed like he was gleefully reliving the moment. This man is terrifying.

@timewtell9239 Wow...nice victim blaming, there. Imagine telling on yourself like this. Anna did absolutely nothing wrong, you sound suspiciously like this dude here.

Not just that, but to blatantly lie in spite of the evidence, and then contradict that lie with another lie minutes later!

@adminRQ I know. I see dozens of Andrew Tate fanboys in the comments, praising him and saying disgusting things about the prosecutor. Like, a shocking number of them. And men wonder why women are "standoffish" around them? Seriously? Yeah, of course we are, the majority of them are terrifying! Look who they just voted for!

I'm the same way with the Nancy Brophy case, another insufferable narcissist who talked herself into a guilty verdict. I highly recommend watching her testimony, it's not as explosive but she completely crumbles on the stand just like he does, and it's glorious to see.

12:20 "She wanted a restraining order because you were abusive to her, correct?" "No, because I was physical with her." Only twelve minutes in, and there's my first headdesk. We got a real bright one here, don't we?

2:47:30 The victim blaming is thoroughly disgusting. I'm so glad the jury saw right through that crap.

@piscesimmortal4351 Imagine telling on yourself this badly.

My only complaint is that she doesn't ask any open ended questions at all. All she does is ask yes/no questions by making an accusory statement followed by "...Right?" Over and over and over. It would have been much more effective if she'd asked open questions so he'd tell more lies and get caught out on that, instead of giving him a thousand opportunities to flatly deny everything. However, I did like how she never backed down from him, which aggravated him to no end. And sure enough, he lost his temper on her, showing the jury his true, terrifying self.

@Charliegirl2 That's....not why he was over there. Wth is the matter with you? Anna is the victim. I have no words.
3
Yeah, and look what happened when Anna left him. It's a bit concerning that you're putting the onus on women, and not the men who are actually doing the abusing. It's easy to judge when you've never been in her situation. But easy doesn't mean right.

He is the walking embodiment of a malignant, histrionic narcissist.

I'm not surprised to see a bunch of men brigading this comment thread. It's kinda sad when you think about it, they're clearly afraid of strong women. Or women in general.

3:33:43 Oh, Anna was the one being manipulative, was she? Ugh, I just, I can't with this guy.

BruceLee-t9n Beautifully said. Anna will be remembered, no one will ever even think about this guy in a couple of years, let alone know his name.

@LadyLibra-kp8ox Same. My ex was eerily similar to this man. He had the same mannerisms, the same temper, the same ego, the same infuriating ability to look you square in the eye and deny saying or doing something mere seconds after he did it.
