I'm really angry at this guy. Apparently he's considered a good lawyer, I have no idea why on earth he'd go out of his way to help her. His reputation should be forever tainted by this, I hope he gets laughed right out of any courtroom he tries to show his face in after this trial.

Yup. I've seen so many lawyers on youtube (coincidentally all of them men, funny that) insist that her constitutional rights are being withheld, especially the 6th amendment. That is completely invalid. She waived her right to a speedy trial the moment the first continuance was requested by the defense. She is the one causing the delays, not the prosecution.

Because throngs of weak men keep rushing to her aid.

Apparently he walked out during their second meeting because of her behavior, but she and her friend begged him to come back. He says they're "working as a team" now, whatever that's supposed to mean. I don't have any respect for this guy, that's for sure.

That's what frustrates me most of all. She's showing everybody that if they commit a horrible crime, they can get whatever they want as long as they're loud, nasty, and persistent enough.

I'm pretty frustrated that so many men keep running to Sarah's aid. So far, three lawyers have visited her in jail, and at least one reporter, all of them men. The reporter said he came away from the experience with a changed perspective. He completely flipped from thinking she is a narcissist and a murderer, to being convinced she is the innocent victim of an unjust legal system. I have heard that same sentiment echoed from numerous male legal correspondents on youtube, as well, not to mention all of the ridiculous things her ex husband did for her long after the divorce and even after her arrest. It is astounding to me that all these men are so eager to trust her word at face value. No wonder she thinks she can get away with doing whatever she wants, she happily turns weak men into her thrall.

Agreed. I hope Judge Kraynich says no, the trial is happening this October come hell or high water. I'm curious to know what this so-called exculpatory evidence is, as well. Can't be that great otherwise Sarah would have been screeching about it as proof of her innocence for years.

I don't know...never underestimate how low the lowest common denominator of humanity can go. OJ Simpson was found not guilty, so was Casey Anthony. Then there's the Anthony Todt case, which is as open and shut as Sarah's case is, yet a single male juror almost caused a mistrial and had to be browbeaten for an entire day by the other jurors to finally flip his vote to "guilty". He refused to believe the evidence, he was convinced Anthony's version of events was the truth.

He sure did. This guest doesn't know what he's talking about. That's not to say Judge Kraynich won't grant the extension, but it's arrogant of these people to act like it's already a done deal.
