  3. Grant Amato only cares about himself. In his mind, anything he does is automatically justified simply because he's the one who did it. He sees nothing wrong with stealing money from his mom, dad, aunt, brother, and best friend, because he doesn't have any money and they do. He deserves to talk to Sylvie, so naturally, he took the money. It's just plain logistics, duh. Same thing when he stole $2,000 worth of propofol and drugged his patients because he didn't feel like having to deal with them.
